Tcompliance, part of the ethiXbase group of companies has an immediate opening for a full-time Global Payroll and Benefits Specialist. The position is based in Annapolis, Maryland, with the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
The Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist acts as the technical expertise related to all payroll and benefit duties. This position oversees payroll processing and benefits administration. The Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist reviews submitted information, makes corrections and responds to inquiries from team members. They are responsible for providing expertise and insight on team member benefits ensuring proper use of the existing benefits schemes.
This position reports to the Head of HR, based in the UK with a dotted line to the Head of Finance also based in the UK and will work closely with the Global HR team, the Senior Financial Controller of TCompliance as well as the Group Finance team.
This position requires a high degree of professional discretion and sensitivity, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the ability to manage and process multiple payrolls across our global locations. The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will serve as an integral member of the team, across the Globe to ensure our payment processes adhere to the correct state and country regulations. The Payroll and Benefits Specialist must be a self-starter with initiative, responsiveness, accuracy, and detail-oriented.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing HR-related activity, including providing HR leadership on cross-functional teams, identifying HR issues relevant to the business, giving recommendations to address crucial issues so that business objectives are met, proactively educating on relevant HR issues, serving as HR advisor and analyze issues in a timely manner.

The Human Resources Manager will serve as an integral member of the team, assisting with management / general business operations, and as the US team’s primary contact to the public regarding human resources-related matters. The Human Resources Manager must be a self-starter with initiative, responsive, accurate, and detail-oriented.
