As a due diligence manager, Maria oversees the Tcertification renewals team, consisting of a team of experienced multilingual due diligence analysts locating both in and outside the USA. She provides her support to facilitate a good communication between intermediaries and associates, with the goal of providing high-end due diligence reports to the customer.

Maria received her bachelor’s in Modern Languages and its Literatures from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), Spain, with a major in Arabic studies and a minor in English. She also holds a Masters in Specialized Translation from the International University Menendez Pelayo (UIMP), Spain.

Maria worked in the translation & interpretation fields, as well as in immigration law in Spain, Morocco, and USA, before joining Tcompliance in 2018 as Due Diligence Associate. Maria speaks three languages including her native Spanish.

As the due diligence manager overseeing Tselect, Lena helps multinational companies tailor their due diligence reviews and integrate customizations into cost-effective solutions.

Prior to joining Tcompliance, Lena worked at several high-volume real estate and immigration law firms in the Washington, D.C. area. She graduated from Buryat State University with a master’s degree in philology, linguistics and intercultural communication. She is a certified paralegal and Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Lena is a native Russian speaker with a working proficiency in the French and Mongolian languages.

Zully started as a Due Diligence associate and a year later was promoted to Due Diligence Manager, providing direct support to clients and other internal departments, such as our Tsort Risk Assessment tool. She is now responsible of leading the Tselect team and continues to work with multinational customers looking to support their due diligence and compliance efforts through the customization of each review process on their third parties.

While attending her MBA in Business Administration from the Interamerican University of Panama,  Zully worked as a Product Manager and Brand Manager for key wholesale distributors based in Panama, overseeing operations in Central America and the Caribbean region, including travel retail and duty-free zones. She was in charge of stores operations, forecasting, procurement, compliance and marketing activities.

As a due diligence manager, Anna is in charge of Tcheck, a streamlined review designed for lower-risk third parties. She oversees a team of multilingual due diligence analysts that deliver actionable insights into third party business relationships.

Prior to joining Tcompliance in 2018, Anna was working as a background check specialist, responsible for reviews of candidates for the World Bank. She holds a master’s degree in Russian philology and bachelor’s degree in international economic relations from the University of Białystok in Poland. Anna speaks fluent Polish and Russian.
